All orders are dispatched via our Standard Shipping service that provides:-
- Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days after placing your order.
- Your order will be delivered within 5 business days from the dispatch of your order*.
- Available only for orders within Australia.
- Freight Cost for orders under $50 - commences at $15.00 & varies based on the total weight of the items in your purchase, the exact freight charge will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Freight Cost for orders over $50 - commences at $12.00 & varies based on the total weight of the items in your purchase, the exact freight charge will be displayed during the checkout process.

All of our orders are delivered using a variety of different Courier services .
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details for your order, please use this to track your order through the appropriate courier service.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE ORDER?
No you don’t, our courier partners will normally leave a card or notify you to explain how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange re-delivery, please use the details on the card to arrange for this to take place. In the majority of cases your order will be taken to an easily accessible nearest location.
CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER FROM YOU?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service at this time.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes. During the checkout process you will be given an option to include a different billing & shipping address. These options include to your work address (please ensure you put floor numbers and company name in the delivery).
IS MY ORDER INSURED?
No orders are not insured, however a tracking number is provided when your order is dispatched so that you can monitor the progress of your order at all times.
