An item I received is faulty – how do I request a refund?

To commence a product return please contact the PLAYNRL Shop Customer Service team via support.  Please ensure you provide your order number & full proof of purchase details as well as any other additional comments regarding your order.  Once your request has been received The PLAYNRL Shop Customer Service team will contact you to provide further instructions.

We can only process a return if your item is:

   1. You have first made contact with our Customer Service team;

   2. Returned within 60 days of receiving your order;

   3. In original condition, unworn & with tags still attached;

Please Note:

   1. Refunds are not provided for Change of Mind;

   2. Personalised items cannot be returned;

   3. You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back a return, however we will cover the postage cost of sending your exchange back to you;

What are your shipping charges?

All orders are dispatched via our Standard Shipping service.  The cost for this service commences at $14.00. In most cases orders less than $50.00 with have a $16.00 freight charge. Orders over $50.00 will have a freight charge of $14.00. Bulky items have a freight charge that commences at $55.00. The exact freight charge will be displayed during the checkout process.

Where are you based?

We are based at Rugby League Central which is located at 1 Driver Avenue, Moore Park NSW, 2021.

What if I don’t like a product – or if it’s too big or too small?

The PLAYNRL Shop does accept the exchange of garments for different sizes and colours within 60 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned to us in its original condition, unworn with the tag still attached.

Please note that in this case you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back the return, however we will cover the postage of sending your exchange back to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details for your order, please use this to track your order through the appropriate courier service.

How secure is the store? Are my details protected?

PLAYNRL Shop takes the upmost precautions to protect users information. When sensitive information is submitted via the web site, that information is encrypted and is protected by industry standard technology equivalent to that used by Banks for online banking transactions. Our secure web pages use an SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information. This ensures that all information you send via the World Wide Web will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form. Certificate technology allows us to decrypt the information, and view it in plain text form.

The servers on which we collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment. Under no circumstances will any of your personal information be divulged to a third party.

PLAYNRL Shop has significant systems and procedures designed to detect the fraudulent use of credit cards. Please do not be offended if we contact you requiring additional verification of your credit details as this is for your protection. For your own security, we may also request for some orders, a faxed copy of your signature as verification of your credit card payment. You will be notified via email if this is required. Further security measures may be requested and this will be actioned at our discretion.
